Beer connoisseurs are presented with a very welcome IPA ale from the new line of exclusive “Volfas Engelman” beers for review. As you know, IPA (Indian Pale Ale) is a beer that was born several centuries ago from a special recipe, so that after leaving England after half a year it arrived in India still the same: with a clear amber color and a distinct rich hop aroma . IPA ale will be in moderate supply, as 4 species of hops are used in its production – some species we were able to obtain only in limited quantities due to their high demand and shortage on the world market.

Waissburg Blanche

MOVA Lager
Classic refreshing lager with light golden color. Bread and grain aroma is supported with floral notes of hops. The malt taste is light, but full-bodied, and at the end there is a pleasant, barely noticeable herbaceous bitterness.

MANGO MILKSHAKE PALE ALE
A completely unpredictable and exclusive light beer, moderately bitter, very refreshing, fragrant with mangoes and tropics. Cold hopping is used in the production of this beer: Citra and el Dorado hops are added during the cold brew stage. Mango puree and lactose were also added in proportions that would give the product a balance of fruity acidity and sweetness. The shelled oats used in the production give a "softness" to this beer.

This beer was inspired by rare hops from mainland Australia and New Zealand.A balanced rich flavor and at the same time a fairly light, light golden beer, a pleasant medium bitterness and a unique hop aroma provided by exclusive hop varieties AUS ELLA, NZ RAKAU, AUS GALAXY.APA is a moderate-supply beer because it uses rare hops that are produced in limited quantities each year.This beer is classified as an Australian-Style Pale Ale.

Sofia Blonde Ale
It is a light, unfiltered top-fermented beer with a light straw color. It has a delicate malty taste and a subtle touch of clean bitterness with citrus notes. Lobkowicz Dark
Lobkowicz Dark is an exceptional dark lager – a true black beer thanks to its very dark colour. It is brewed according to a special recipe with an original gravity of 12.8%. In addition to three types of malt, quality hops and crystal clear water from a deep lake, roasted barley is also used in its production. The result is a specific combination of flavours with distinctive notes of coffee and cocoa beans.
