German-style top-fermented beer. Similar to a lager, but not a lager. Kölsch style beer is characteristic of the Cologne region. Pale, lightly hopped. The base of the beer is made up of pilsner, wheat and caramel malts, which give the beer a correspondingly light body and straw hue. In the aroma a mild, non-dominant malt aroma, as well as a delicate aroma of fruit, and in the taste a slight bitterness of hops. German Tettnager hops are used for a more pronounced aroma. A great aperitif to start the party.

Beer connoisseurs are presented with a very welcome IPA ale from the new line of exclusive "Volfas Engelman" beers for review. As you know, IPA (Indian Pale Ale) is a beer that was born several centuries ago from a special recipe, so that after leaving England after half a year it arrived in India still the same: with a clear amber color and a distinct rich hop aroma . IPA ale will be in moderate supply, as 4 species of hops are used in its production - some species we were able to obtain only in limited quantities due to their high demand and shortage on the world market.

Wheat beer BALTA PINTA, produced using wheat malt, has a light, fresh, sweet taste, yellowish color and creamy texture. Special top fermentation beer yeast is used for its production, thanks to which aromas reminiscent of bananas and cloves are formed during maturation. For NEIPA turbidity, we use wheat and oat malt due to their higher protein content, which affects the desired turbidity.Special yeast is also used for this purpose.Citra and Mosaic hops combine a full range of multicolored aromas, enhancing the feeling of freshness and fruitiness in the taste.Cold hopping with Citra and Mosaic hops is used in the production of beer - during the cold brewing phase. The color of this beer resembles thick pineapple juice.
