Baltic Porter is known worldwide as the only bottom-fermented porter. It is a dark copper-brown beer with a thick head, the rich aroma has a slightly sweet note of roasted caramel with a slight bitterness on the finish. Historical background: Imperial Stouts exported from Great Britain were popular in the Baltic lands in the 18th century.

Lobkowicz Dark
Lobkowicz Dark is an exceptional dark lager – a true black beer thanks to its very dark colour. It is brewed according to a special recipe with an original gravity of 12.8%. In addition to three types of malt, quality hops and crystal clear water from a deep lake, roasted barley is also used in its production. The result is a specific combination of flavours with distinctive notes of coffee and cocoa beans.

HOPPY LAGER
Unlike many traditional lager beers, Hoppy Lager has a much more pronounced, more intense dark amber-chestnut color, has a unique aroma of American hops and a full, memorable flavor. The production of this beer takes 1 month. The hopped lager is hopped twice - during the making of the wort and later in the cold phase, when the beer is cooled at the end of fermentation. In this way, the hops give the beer a unique and excellent aroma.

Wheat beer BALTA PINTA, produced using wheat malt, has a light, fresh, sweet taste, yellowish color and creamy texture. Special top fermentation beer yeast is used for its production, thanks to which aromas reminiscent of bananas and cloves are formed during maturation. The taste properties and aroma of wheat beer reveal best of all if it is poured into a cup intended for namely this sort – with a narrow bottom and widened top.
