As you know, IPA (Indian Pale Ale) is a beer that was born several centuries ago from a special recipe, so that after leaving England after half a year it arrived in India still the same: with a clear amber color and a distinct rich hop aroma . IPA ale will be in moderate supply, as 4 species of hops are used in its production – some species we were able to obtain only in limited quantities due to their high demand and shortage on the world market.

An unprecedented innovation in the interwar period - "Volfas Engelman Non-Alcoholic". - without power, but still full of delicious and rich foam, suitable for anyone who appreciates the light taste of beer. The production method of this non-alcoholic Lager-style beer involves the use of special yeast. During the fermentation of such yeast, virtually no alcohol is released, and the beer acquires a great taste and aroma. This is a new trend in the production of non-alcoholic beer, which Volfas Engelman has also started using.

Sofia Blonde Ale
It is a light, unfiltered top-fermented beer with a light straw color. It has a delicate malty taste and a subtle touch of clean bitterness with citrus notes. The light beverage forms a persistent head with a beautiful creamy hue. It is brewed with selected home-grown malt, delicately aromatic German hops, soft brewing water and sweet orange peel.

Waissburg Blanche
Unfiltered wheat light beer of top fermentation with a milky yellow color, which has a complex and rich aroma of malt and spices combined with notes of fruit. The taste is slightly sweet, spicy and malty with a spicy coriander accent. To make this unique and refined beer, selected barley malt (Pilsner type) is used in combination with more than 50% wheat malt and with the addition of hops.
