Lobkowicz Premium Lager
Lobkowicz Premium Lager is a traditional Czech beer with a harmonious combination of fullness and bitterness. The beer is produced exclusively from premium Czech ingredients, including our own strain of brewer‘s yeast. With no hop extracts or other substitutes, it is a true triplehopped lager with a final gravity of 12.2%.

NEW ENGLAND IPA
For NEIPA turbidity, we use wheat and oat malt due to their higher protein content, which affects the desired turbidity.Special yeast is also used for this purpose.Citra and Mosaic hops combine a full range of multicolored aromas, enhancing the feeling of freshness and fruitiness in the taste.Cold hopping with Citra and Mosaic hops is used in the production of beer - during the cold brewing phase. The color of this beer resembles thick pineapple juice.

Lobkowicz Dark
Lobkowicz Dark is an exceptional dark lager – a true black beer thanks to its very dark colour. It is brewed according to a special recipe with an original gravity of 12.8%. In addition to three types of malt, quality hops and crystal clear water from a deep lake, roasted barley is also used in its production. The result is a specific combination of flavours with distinctive notes of coffee and cocoa beans.

Sofia Blonde Ale
It is a light, unfiltered top-fermented beer with a light straw color. It has a delicate malty taste and a subtle touch of clean bitterness with citrus notes. The light beverage forms a persistent head with a beautiful creamy hue. It is brewed with selected home-grown malt, delicately aromatic German hops, soft brewing water and sweet orange peel.

MANGO MILKSHAKE PALE ALE
A completely unpredictable and exclusive light beer, moderately bitter, very refreshing, fragrant with mangoes and tropics. Cold hopping is used in the production of this beer: Citra and el Dorado hops are added during the cold brew stage. Mango puree and lactose were also added in proportions that would give the product a balance of fruity acidity and sweetness. The shelled oats used in the production give a "softness" to this beer.
