MANGO MILKSHAKE PALE ALE
A completely unpredictable and exclusive light beer, moderately bitter, very refreshing, fragrant with mangoes and tropics. Cold hopping is used in the production of this beer: Citra and el Dorado hops are added during the cold brew stage. Mango puree and lactose were also added in proportions that would give the product a balance of fruity acidity and sweetness. The shelled oats used in the production give a “softness” to this beer.
