For NEIPA turbidity, we use wheat and oat malt due to their higher protein content, which affects the desired turbidity.Special yeast is also used for this purpose.Citra and Mosaic hops combine a full range of multicolored aromas, enhancing the feeling of freshness and fruitiness in the taste.Cold hopping with Citra and Mosaic hops is used in the production of beer – during the cold brewing phase. The color of this beer resembles thick pineapple juice.

Special top fermentation beer yeast is used for its production, thanks to which aromas reminiscent of bananas and cloves are formed during maturation. The taste properties and aroma of wheat beer reveal best of all if it is poured into a cup intended for namely this sort – with a narrow bottom and widened top.
