The production method of this non-alcoholic Lager-style beer involves the use of special yeast. During the fermentation of such yeast, virtually no alcohol is released, and the beer acquires a great taste and aroma. This is a new trend in the production of non-alcoholic beer, which Volfas Engelman has also started using.

IPA ale will be in moderate supply, as 4 species of hops are used in its production - some species we were able to obtain only in limited quantities due to their high demand and shortage on the world market.

"Volfas Engelman Non-Alco Pilsner with Lime Juice" is a light non-alcoholic lager beer flavored with natural lime juice. The taste of this beer combines the mild bitterness of hops and the slightly sour taste of lime. This combination of flavors is the best thirst quencher. It is one of the most natural refreshing drinks on hot days.

MANGO MILKSHAKE PALE ALE
A completely unpredictable and exclusive light beer, moderately bitter, very refreshing, fragrant with mangoes and tropics. Cold hopping is used in the production of this beer: Citra and el Dorado hops are added during the cold brew stage. Mango puree and lactose were also added in proportions that would give the product a balance of fruity acidity and sweetness. The shelled oats used in the production give a "softness" to this beer.

Lobkowicz Premium Lager
Lobkowicz Premium Lager is a traditional Czech beer with a harmonious combination of fullness and bitterness. The beer is produced exclusively from premium Czech ingredients, including our own strain of brewer‘s yeast. With no hop extracts or other substitutes, it is a true triplehopped lager with a final gravity of 12.2%.

Waissburg Blanche
