Special top fermentation beer yeast is used for its production, thanks to which aromas reminiscent of bananas and cloves are formed during maturation. HOPPY LAGER
Unlike many traditional lager beers, Hoppy Lager has a much more pronounced, more intense dark amber-chestnut color, has a unique aroma of American hops and a full, memorable flavor. The production of this beer takes 1 month. The hopped lager is hopped twice - during the making of the wort and later in the cold phase, when the beer is cooled at the end of fermentation.
