The new unfiltered beer by Volfas Engelman is a light lager with a full flavor bouquet that includes both delicate sweetness and rich caramel maltiness. The aroma of the golden amber-colored beer is characterized by citrus and caramel notes. Before opening the bottle, we recommend swirling it slightly so that the light yeast that has settled to the bottom is evenly distributed in the liquid.

JUBILIEJINIS - is a premium lager beer with a light golden color. It is distinguished by a dense foam structure. The delicate sweetish taste is wonderfully combined with fresh hop bitterness. The aroma of this beer features hops and a light bread note. On the occasion of the 165th anniversary, we have restored a replica of the bottle from the historical period 1927-1940 with all reliefs adapted to today's technical capabilities.

BEER MAIL “KÖLN TOURIST”
German-style top-fermented beer. Similar to a lager, but not a lager. Kölsch style beer is characteristic of the Cologne region. Pale, lightly hopped. The base of the beer is made up of pilsner, wheat and caramel malts, which give the beer a correspondingly light body and straw hue. In the aroma a mild, non-dominant malt aroma, as well as a delicate aroma of fruit, and in the taste a slight bitterness of hops. German Tettnager hops are used for a more pronounced aroma. A great aperitif to start the party.

HOPPY LAGER
Unlike many traditional lager beers, Hoppy Lager has a much more pronounced, more intense dark amber-chestnut color, has a unique aroma of American hops and a full, memorable flavor. The production of this beer takes 1 month. The hopped lager is hopped twice - during the making of the wort and later in the cold phase, when the beer is cooled at the end of fermentation. In this way, the hops give the beer a unique and excellent aroma.

A beer that turned history upside down:
Historical - because between the wars all beer was unfiltered, there was no filtering technology. Upside-down - because when the bottle or can is turned upside down, the yeast spreads through the beer and enriches its flavor. Authentic Volfas Engelman 1927 logo is used in the designs. Serve at 8 C.
