The production method of this non-alcoholic Lager-style beer involves the use of special yeast. During the fermentation of such yeast, virtually no alcohol is released, and the beer acquires a great taste and aroma. This is a new trend in the production of non-alcoholic beer, which Volfas Engelman has also started using.
