For NEIPA turbidity, we use wheat and oat malt due to their higher protein content, which affects the desired turbidity.Special yeast is also used for this purpose.Citra and Mosaic hops combine a full range of multicolored aromas, enhancing the feeling of freshness and fruitiness in the taste.Cold hopping with Citra and Mosaic hops is used in the production of beer - during the cold brewing phase. Waissburg Blanche

Unfiltered wheat light beer of top fermentation with a milky yellow color, which has a complex and rich aroma of malt and spices combined with notes of fruit.
